Adjustments

Henry went in for another one of his chiropractor visits this morning.  He was in such a better mood after-and slept really well most of the day too!  He is always so muh happier after he gets adjusted! 

The girls went to the park and played after the appointment.  I couldn't say no today just because of how ornery hey were yesterday.  It came to an abrupt end when Isabelle walked up to me and said (and it was no big deal to her) "mommy, I just peed in my pants" so we came home!  Luckiily it wasn't bad!!  Henry hung out in his seat while we were there and ate then slept!

In all it was a better day but still rough in some areas!
