Friendship

The phrase blood is thicker than water often runs through my head. I don't know why, but when it comes to myself and my friends-they're my family!  

We hung out with Brianne and her famu today.  Brianne wash babysitter growing up, so we have a pretty long history!  Even when we have pushed each other away, we have over come it and are sisters-not just friends!  We've seen each hoer through good, bad, and ugly!  

Brianne if you're reading this I love you and I'm thankful for all that we have in our friendship and I see us a little old ladies sipping cocktails on a porch swing! :-) 

Our kids I hope can be friends like that to one another!  

To keep our kids busy we did an egg hint!  A first for both of my girls!! 

We had bunny ears and had fun finding goodies in our eggs!

We took a trip to the park (no pics) and then came back to decorate Easter cookies!!!  Don't leave that unsupervised for the entire length next time!! 

Isabelle and Corinne didn't waste time becoming beautiful princesses!! 

Monkey see monkey do-viola joined too!! 

Henry had fun too!  He was so content laying on the floor and watching and talking!!  He had some diaper time because he go really hot!!  

This was an amazing day!! I needed it as much as the girls did too!  I love being able to sit and relax and talk.  It's nice to know I'm not the only parent who can reach a breaking point with getting frustrated and yes even annoyed with my kids. It's normal and it's great to have Brianne to talk to about!! 

As I so there watching the lightning show (insert excited squeal) I'm ready to take on tomorrow!!
