Lake day

I decided to try something new today. Alone with the kids I took them to the lake. We tried last summer and it wasn't such a huge hit. However, today was a huge hit! Henry had an absolute blast. He laughed and laughed with each splash. 

He played with the sand, went back to the water and did this over and over again. 

These two did their own thing and own game the entire time. They were so busy and had so much fun as well. 

I tried to make sand castles but they all just crushed them. Stinkers. 

We will for sure do this again. As much as I hate cleaning up the sand it was worth it for the amount of fun they had.
