Slither and crawl

The main event of our day was an event that the library hosted at the Annette Narure Center this evening. It was exactly what it was. All about bugs that slither and things that crawl. There was a free light dinner provided and this place was beautiful! 

I had no idea what to expect, but what I can tell you is all the kids wanted to do was run! Even after the event started! 

There were a few lizards to look at and different bugs. The main guy started out with cockroaches. Huge ones! 

Each girl actually touched one! So gross!

We left shortly after this due to kids being hot, cranky and not knowing or wanting to sit and listen. No biggie. 

This boy was ALL over!!! 

Hopefully next time we do something like this everyone can handle it!
