Parties and parades

We went to Ankeny today to celebrate miss Caylee's first birthday. There also just happened to be a parade right outside her door this morning! We ventured up early to attend and it was fun! 

Henry was styling while we waited for it to start. 

So now that we have been to a parade every weekend for the past three weeks I was very ok with the girls not getting a ton of candy!

It was so hot too, that they didn't even watch the entire thing! We ended up going inside and having lunch, and then cupcakes!

Caylee had a great first birthday and made out with lots of cool toys! All I can say is the four of us are exhausted!

Ps-shout out to Lindsay for finding this for us at a garage sale today!! We now have a dresser for the new baby!! Thanks again!!!
