Pneumonia

Ryan woke up still with a fever today. I suggested that since he had a tight chest and a dry cough to maybe go to urgent care. He agreed. He decided to take Henry with also since his cough is pretty intense.
Luckily Henry checked out ok. Our actual doctor was there today too, so that was nice. He said Henry's ears looked the best out of all the kids so far! Crazy, huh!?
Unfortunately though, after a chest X-ray, Ryan does have pneumonia. I feel so bad for him. It's his right lung, and he's on a strong z pack. He will get a phone call in about six weeks to make sure it's gone with a repeat X-ray.
I did learn that it's most contagious 24 hours after the fever breaks. Hopefully on his part that's tomorrow. He's done lots of resting. Takes a lot to drag this guy down. And he is down.
Hopefully tomorrow is better and we get it outta here!
