Baby's first

I've been debating for a while if I should wait until Henry was closer to 5.5 months or start him now at 4 on cereal. Well, I decided to today. 4 months of no sleeping all night yet is getting long (however either girl did, so it's nothing new to me), and I'm hoping he might have at least longer stretches if he's more full. Plus, I would love to cut out my middle of the night pumping sessions if I can!
They (who is they, though?), say to wait until they are six months or have signs that show they're ready. This boy saw his spoon and opened his mouth like a baby bird! He's ready! :-)
Bare with me, it's hard to take a clear photo while doing this.
I'd like to say that we got in quite a few good bites before any of this started to happen:
Haha. He had some pretty silly faces, a few gags due to the new texture and lots of excited stories to tell while he ate.  It was a very big success!
This is the only other picture I got today. Iz walked around during nap time in her (new to her) snow boots, panties and fur jacket. Can't get anymore fashionable than that! :-)
Tomorrow is a mega grocery shopping day-yay! And I hope to spend time outside with the girls!

Until tomorrow!
