Taking three kids to the doctor is one thing....having the appointment for two take an hour and a half is in a whole different ball park. My mommy nerves were fried (not in a bad way though-in an I'm-sorry-you-have- to-witness-this-grumpy-child way)! Viola didn't sleep for crap last night nor did Henry. Both were crying because they were tired and hungry, plus Henry's shots by the end....let's just say we broke in our new doctors office with a bang! Iz had a physical for preschool (required), and she did great!
HOWEVER everyone loved all three. Not shocking, I get it all the time so I must still be doing something right in the mommy department. :-/
The fish tank was so exciting! And yes-the girls got lots of compliments on their Iowa State outfits today, as well.
This boy LOVES the paper! He is really laughing in this photo-it was fairly early into the visit! My boy is happy! He is 16 pounds (33%) and 25.5 inches long (10%)-better than the 1% he was in at his 4 month check!
Due to this taking all morning- after I dropped off Isabelle's preschool enrollment paperwork, we went home and pushed our park visit to after naps.
Little did you know the park is an amazing sensory experience, too!
Oh yes-he tried eating them! :-)
Failing.....I tried hard to get a pic with all three- Viola refused...shocking, I know!
We had an extended family meet up at the park as well. It wasn't planned, but nice to see family I haven't in a while. Ryan's aunt Debbie finally met Henry too and I'm pretty sure she's in love with him even more!
