Van overboard

My van is dead today. I started it to take Iz to school early to warm up. No issues. Load up the kids, back our of the drive and it will not turn. I pulled straight back in and no surprise-no power steering fluid. No biggie. 

My mother-in-law saved the morning and got Iz to school for me. Only to point out when she pulled in that we had a slightly bigger issue. That's all fluid under my van there. Now we get to find a broken hose and fix it.

Ry saved us and towed the car home to me. He's on call for the next 3 weeks and doesn't need the car. Buys us some time. 

He and his dad talked out what we might do.

And then he laid all this down to soak up the mess. When it rains it poors. That van has nearly 220,000 miles and we have no back up! Hopefully we can make it last a while longer!! Or if you want to give us a car! Ha-only kidding!! 

And-Vi has an ear infection like I thought. Am I doing something wrong since it seems like my kids are ALWAYS sick?! Oh well.
