Adjustments

I've had terrible neck pains for over a week now and lately my lower back as well. I took myself to the chiropractor this morning. Turns out my hips were out of alignment and when she popped them back in place-that was a glorious feeling! My neck is better but still sore, so hopefully Monday another adjustment will help.

We hung out with the Armstrong clan today. It's Carter's birthday!

I've had a rough afternoon of feeling like poo, so hopefully sleep will help.
