Getting dirty

Today I finally went and bought flowers to pot. I have this huge idea in my head and slowly I'm starting to get it together. I can't wait to buy more though! 

So here's what I started with. I got two bags of potting soil thinking that was enough but it wasn't. Oh well. 

So the girls helped me water and that's about all I let them do. 

I have two more big pots to use...one will be for the tomatoes we will grow and I'm hoping to add some carrot seeds too!
