I got to go outside!!!! I spent 15 glorious minutes outside this afternoon. I got to watch my babes run and play and use their imaginations! It was spectacular!!!
I asked one of my doctors that I see if it was ok and she was SO on board with me! I told her I loved her and she was my hero!!
It wasn't too hot, it was perfect! I was so excited just even going to the waiting room area! Aside from that she told me I'll get another round of steroid shots Sunday and Monday. I guess (per her) the nicu staff considers this a HUGE feat and get almost giddy when they know that happens! She was also so uplifting too. She said that every additional day he stays in it takes off one to two days of a nicu stay!
Needless to say, I'm in MUCH better spirits today than yesterday. Even though the kids were pretty cranky come 5 pm, our visit was fun!
Henry had his 18 month check up and I had Viola looked at too. She's had a cough for over a month, and the doc gave her a prescription for a night time allergy medicine. Hopefully that helps! Henry checked out awesome and had one shot! He's just grumpy from those dang molars!!
So cheers to a good day, and thanks again to Jodi for the magazines and book and goodies for mom and the kiddos!!!
