I'm not one to usually express my emotions, but today I feel a little down in the dumps. Maybe it's because I'm alone with the kids so much and miss my job, or maybe I miss seeing family or not getting good quality time with Ryan. I just don't know. Today I just feel a little blue. I'm trying my absolute hardest to keep my head up and be strong for the kids-I have to be, I'm mommy! :-)
Ok rant and pitty me party are done. Sorry but I really just had to get that off my chest. I do have bad days-we all do, however most people have someone right there to turn to and I don't. I reflected on that too much in my head today.
ANYWAY:
We WALKED to the library today! I REALLY want to get a pair of roller blades so I can push the stroller slightly faster, and get a little better of a work out! :-)
Story time today was pretty much a fail, but the girls stayed busy doing puzzles:
Iz got into one song that requires a piece of paper. She waved it all around...more of a smaller toddler thing, but she seemed to like it.
Viola wondered away and took part in Lego building. She got pretty into it. I've noticed with her she likes to do critical thinking activities. Math genius in the making!!
Oh-yes her arm IS out of her shirt. She was trying to strip. She refused to put her arm back in-whatever I picked my battle on that one. She obviously won!
Henry watched Ellen with me and worked his on his tummy time. He LOVES to watch her-who doesn't?
Ha-he was pretty chatty too!! I can't wait until he's able to sit up! :-)
Really we didn't so much. Library. Laundry and baths was our overly exciting day!!
