My hands work!

For the past few weeks Henry has been all about sucking his hands. I've been trying to get him interested in his o-ball! I wave it over his head and shake it. He follows it with his eyes but has never intentionally reched for it. Until today!
I showed him once how to try to grasp it:
He tried to focus...and then he was unstoppable! He tries to grab it every time I put it in front of him! I am so excited. Sometimes I feel like I don't do enough with him to work on his small, large and gross motor skills (along with cognitive too), but today I am that mommy who is going to brag! My baby boy knows how to use his hands (and will only get better at it every day)!

Gosh-he is just perfect!
He also is getting really attentive to his play mat and "playing".
I just can't wait to see how fast he changes in the next couple of months. I don't like rushing him getting big, but this is WHY I was an infant teacher. I get to see all the firsts and be so beyond excited and see how excited they get. Watching them think and figure life out is without a doubt the most magical thing you can see. I love living through my kids. I love holidays and birthday parties because I'm so excited for them! And that makes me a nerd! I'm PROUD of it!
Today Vi took puzzle pieces and made a line. Not exciting but she does everything in a line. That includes her food. She puts it in a line on he table and then eats it!
Isabelle has completed a big girl puzzle on her own two days in a row now. She gets SO excited!!
Cushions off couch and chairs behind the couch made for a fun train and then I believe I was told it was a castle.
In me news: I had an awesome smoothie for dinner! :-) hoping to make it out for a walk tomorrow!!
Until tomorrow!! :-)
