The back story. After Isabelle turned one, we were ready to have another baby. We tried for quite a while, and then it was finally happening. We found out in April, and we were thrilled. I'll never forget the happy dance Ryan did in our kitchen after reading the stick. We celebrated and told the world. Fast forward six weeks...I'm in extreme pain (flying alone on an airplane, moving back to IA with Iz). I took myself to the dr the day before flying to see if it was an ectopic pregnancy. I was told it was too soon and sent home (thanks Connecticut)! The day after we got home I had more serious issues-was rushed to surgery where they removed my tube. I almost needed a blood transfusion due to my tube bursting. Needless to say this was extremely traumatic and I wanted to honor the one thing I will never forget.
Today we also celebrated Oliver! We went to his birthday party! This little guy I've gotten to watch grow from the age of six weeks! This little man is so sweet and I have loved him from the day I met him!
The girls had lots of fun and were not too excited to leave, but both were crabby and tired from the heat. They each got superman capes in their goody bags!
So-no nap for Viola and Henry didn't nap well today, both were very grumpy tonight. However, Henry had a great day! He did lots of things:
