Most people who know me know that I LOVE severe weather! So when the news people were really talking up today's weather I was quite excited. We bunkered down at home thinking it would storm off and on all day. Yeah. Right. You would think I'd have leaned by now. So I'm laying here ALL three kids asleep (high five!! Before 830!) still waiting for my storm! Oh well :-)
We did a science experiment this morning with soap. It literally lasted one minute. Then done! So bar of soap in microwave:
I thought it was cool! I like science and always have. My kids-they could have cared less on this one!
Henry painted for the first time today! He really enjoyed it!
His reaction to the brush on his feet was cute. They're very ticklish and, though he doesn't laugh yet, he probably would have! His little feet curled up tight!
Viola stayed busy playing mommy all day.
During nap time, Iz took tape, craft sticks and made this:

And when she ran out of sticks she used her abc bath foam letters! Her creativity just kills me! She's so smart and comes up with all this on her own!!!
She also made me cake! The sticks are the candles!
Also, the girls got their nails done:
We really did a whole lot of nothing. Henry loved laying on the couch with his monster blanket. He was very content today and seemed like he's working towards figuring out how to laugh!!
Tomorrow I will be getting roller blades and I can't wait!!!
